Custom Orders

Because every magnet is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — but we always make it right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your magnets arrive damaged or have a printing error that differs from your approved design, we will gladly replace them at no extra charge.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel.
